Patio and Driveway.. Remove Concrete and Replace

Work to be done to include but NOT be limited to at 220 Aspen Drive Brighton, CO 80601: Remove 200 cubic feet/7.5 cubic yards/616 square feet of 4-inch driveway and replace with pea gravel equal to amount of concrete removed using the following steps: after removing concrete for driveway, contractor shall prep dirt underneath by removing any vegetation, making sure dirt is level, compacting the dirt, installing a high-quality weed barrier, and install sufficient amount of pressure treated lumber border on both sides of the driveway to make it all work out dimensionally. Make sure to grade the driveway towards the edge opposite the house for proper water drainage/runoff. Install one 2-inch layer of gravel, then compact, that then add another 2-inch layer and compact again - and finish as required by code. Remove 88.5 ft.³/3 yd.³/241 ft.² of 4-inch patio and replace with concrete at end of driveway/rear of house. Remove and replace carport and Patio roof new moisture resistant 4 x 4 posts, while keeping top of carport and patio roof stable enough to not damage them in any way whatsoever. Also, ensuring post/bases are deep enough to support carport and patio roof long-term. At least, 2 feet, and/or 24 inches. Contractor is responsible for disposal of All waste materials, including but not limited to all concrete, and all other trash, waste, etc. Contractor should be knowledgeable enough and shall be responsible for, in all ways, the stabilization of the carport and the patio roof and all of their parts, including but not limited to the roofs and all of their parts including but not limited to the 4 x 4’s during and after the entire construction process.
