Homeless and found cat

I'm homeless, living out of my Jeep. I came across a young cat in Hillsboro in distress but now it is putting me in distress. I cannot keep it in my Jeep. It is preventing me from working, howling, trying to get out every time I open the door and I work out of my Jeep. It is going to run out into traffic and get itself run over. Please help. If anyone wants a friendly young cat, please contact me.
