Lost dog sighting

Description

Saw a small tan dog, possibly a Chihuahua on SE woodland Blvd and yew lane at 12:30 today. It ran away everytime I tried to approach it. I first saw it on Wilson and 4th and I didn't want to keep trying to catch it because I didn't want to push it closer to third st.
