- With direction and oversight from Manager & Employer, perform all maintenance and repairs on the property. This includes but is not limited to: painting, metal installation, cleaning, roof repair, gutter work, power washing, and any other reasonable task assigned to you by the Manager and/or Employer;
- Regularly report any issues, concerns or compliance problems to the Manager.
- Report any and all personnel issues, concerns, and problems to the Manager
- Immediately report any potentially or actually dangerous or hazardous conditions to Manager and/or Employer
- Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude toward others, including tenants, residents, guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
Such other duties may be assigned from time to time.
