WE’RE STAFFING FOR THIS UPCOMING SNOW SEASON! We're seeking Seasonal Snow Technicians in the following trades to help service our Clients in Northern, Central, and Southern NJ locations. Our services include snow plowing, sidewalk clearing, salting/deicing, snow hauling, and snow removal using the latest technology and strategies in the snow and ice removal industry for our corporate clients We are hiring for the following: 1. Drivers for Snowplow/ salting: $30.00-$40.00 Hr. + OT All our plows are wideouts and brand new. All trucks are new with new rear salters. We're looking for experienced snowplow drivers that know how to plow and place snow to correct areas. Also salting experience is needed. Experience is a must and references may be needed. (Valid DL) 2. Sidewalk-crew Leaders $25.00-$30.00 Hr. + OT Job will include performing safely all tasks related to snow removal management including driving a Truck with crew members to various locations and operating/directing team members with snow blowers/snow shovels, or power brooms to clean and remove all snow. Salting of all pedestrian pathways and walkways will be included with all tasks. (Valid driver’s license) 3. Sidewalk Techs Workers $20-$25 Hr. +OT Performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating snow blowers, shoveling, and using salt spreaders. You will work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to complete each assignment efficiently and safely. We emphasize high-quality service. 4. Machine Operator (Skid-steer) $30.00 Hr. +OT Responsible for safely operating equipment and clearing snow during snowstorms. Push box and over size snow bucket 5. Machine Operator (Ventrac) $30.00 Hr. +OT Responsible for safely operating equipment and clearing snow from large community sidewalks during snowstorms. Must be able to change attachments as needed depending on storm. Attachments included are Plow, Snow blower and broom. Salting attachment on rear of machine must be filled and cleaned after every storm. We're also hiring in many other fields in the Landscape design, maintenance, and hardscape field.
