Sales Positions is for an existing salesperson already in the home improvement field (15% Commission) Primary Responsibilities: - Travel to and from your residence to company & self -generated, appointments with homeowners within the Nashville area - cold calling and door knocking! - Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations - Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity Qualifications: - Previous outside sales experience is a plus - A strong desire and ability to close the sale Compensation and Benefits: - Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $120,000-$250,000+ - Performance-based bonus opportunities Schedule: - Flexibility on a weekly basis - Evening and weekend availability
