Handyman needed for rental properties

Still looking. Lot's of work right now needed to be completed then after part time work. Looking for a handyman or two to do property maintenance on several rental units. Drywall, Flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, roofing and all aspects of being a handyman. Must have own tools and transportation! Pay is $20-25 per hour depending on experience.
