Removing 2 dogs

I have 2 dogs, 1 is a Rottweiler 1yr 3mths old, the other is 3 yr old Bordie Callie. The Rot is still young and full of energy, he has been neutered and has all shots, his name is Zeus. The other one is Bruno, very calm and chill, loves to be petted, and cuddled, has also been neutered and has all shots. They are brothers, so trying to keep them together if at all possible. It just got financially to hard right now, just trying to survive don't want the pets to suffer.
