Located in the City of Wauwatosa, we self-manage 130 plus properties and continually buy, rehab and sell over 30 properties a year. Job Details • Full time 40-50 hours per week • Company vehicle will be provided during work hours • Benefits available • Paid vacation • Paid Holidays effective immediately • Long-term positions available • 401K Benefits Job Duties Include but Not Limited To • Assembling houses after paint • Light Demolition • Light painting • Material delivery • Remodeling • Tree trimming, pruning, mulching, planting and lawn maintenance • Tasks as assigned • Clean out of units Preferred Skills • Attention to detail • Self-starter • Eager to follow directions • Team member attitude Requirements • Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work • Valid driver's license preferred but not required • Insurable driving record required
