Car Wash Attendant: Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service. • Enroll customers in our Unlimited Wash Club. • Prep vehicle before washing. • Safely guide customers onto the wash conveyor. • Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment. • Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc. • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check. • Are legally eligible to work in the United States. • At least 16 years of age. Car Wash Attendant: Assistant Site Leader: • Assist with training and developing employees. • Maintain productivity and assist in daily scheduling. • Assist in attracting candidates using the full recruiting cycle. • Understands the functionality of equipment and computers. • Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment. • Assist with inventory, usage, and costs. • Deals directly with all customer concerns, questions, and complaints. • Performs required administrative duties which include processing paperwork in a timely manner. • Ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays • Must be mechanically inclined. • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time. • Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Courteous and professional demeanor.
