We are looking for a handyman/maintenance technician who has a varied background in repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an independent contractor at this time. It could possibly turn into a full time job in the future. We always have work to be done. Work locations: Albuquerque and Los Lunas Looking for: • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. • Some Computer knowledge relating to receiving work orders • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities • General knowledge of minor Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience • Multifamily and commercial property experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service preferred.
