CMW Plumbing is looking to hire a Supervisor/Forman to head up a plumbing crew based in Bowling Green, KY. Responsibilities: -Oversee Job site and team members -Accountable for team performance and progress toward company goals -Evaluate workload and schedules to maximize production - Abide by all standards of performance and ethics -Follow all safety policies and procedures -Communicate with management, technicians and site related personal via telephone, electronic and face to face in an appropriate manner -Communicate observations to management through verbal or written means and in a timely manner -Manage conflict resolutions -Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: -Must have 5 years of Commercial Plumbing Experience -Supervisory experience is a plus -Goal Oriented -Strong organizational skills - Strong communication skills -Ability to multitask -Dependability and Punctual -Strong Leadership skills - Ability to read and understand Blueprints -Strong time management skills -Ability to travel to jobsite - Valid Driver License -Must have hand tools Pay: $52,000 - $73,000 salary (depending on experience) Benefits: -Weekly pay -Power tools provide -Work vehicle provided -Holiday Pay -Vacation Pay -Bonuses -Medical Benefits -Advancement opportunities
