Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for a Receiving/Warehouse Assistant who can join our headquarters in Anaheim, California. This position is full-time, Mon - Fri, 6:00am - 2:30pm. Qualifications: Duties include: -Help receive material from jobsites & new inventory from vendors. -Organize and clean-up returned materials from the field -Update and maintain job site return inventory list (Excel) for Project Managers -Handle return material, working with tool room and purchasing. -Work with purchasing to sort material by return, back-to-inventory, or to Scrap. -Maintain organization of inventory. -Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the Company. -Occasionally help tool room with filling tool orders. -Occasionally help fill hardware orders. -Other duties as assigned Traits & Qualifications required: -Previous warehousing experience is preferred. -Excellent people skills. -Ability to take directions well. -High energy, fast pasted and self-motivated. -Strong team player, blends-in well with others. -Responsible & accountable with common sense and good judgement Let’s be honest- life is too short to work at job that you don’t love.
