Schedules vary from Full-time, Part-time, Temp, and Temp-to-hire. Custodian Rate: ($17) Our Custodians are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and completing cleaning requests. Job duties will include sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, moving office supplies, washing windows, and making the property look nice and clean inside and outside.
