Hiring for floor technician/ Utility man (for various tasks needed throughout location) for St Pete, FL medical facility. Located close to Gandy and 275 Experience in VCT, tile, ceramic floor work. Preferably scrubbing, waxing, stripping, tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc. The majority of the position would consist of floor maintenance. Other tasks would be completing work orders on request as needed for facility such as upholstery cleaning, general cleaning, etc Opportunity for additional work available at other locations including for overtime. Must have transportation to work site.
