We are a well established recreational OLCC Licensed Marijuana Farm looking for an EXPERIENCED temp / full time trimmer approximately 35-40 hours a week. Schedule: 7am-3:30pm M-F. Work Location: two locations (Dundee and Sherwood) Trimming experience is required as we are needing assistance as soon as possible. You must be able to trim a minimum of one pound per 8 hour shift. Bonuses start after 1lb/shift. Trimmers must maintain top tier quality standards, from strain to strain. Must be comfortable receiving constructive criticism and learn from feedback being given. You must be able to lift 30-50 pounds, sit for long periods of time, and be a team player. We are looking for an individual who is professional, self motivated, has a positive attitude, and is a hard worker, as this is a small tight knit team. We need someone who is committed to the job, wants to learn, and has reliable transportation. Trimming will be based out of our two locations in Dundee and Sherwood, and will change weekly between the two depending on where help is needed. Trim Team is also responsible for bucking product, pre roll production and packaging, assisting on harvest days if needed, and sometimes other miscellaneous tasks around the farms. OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit is required to work here. Send over resumes to be considered.
