A fast growing new construction service company is seeking a hard working labor ready individual who is not afraid of work and has a mindset to get work done. Your role would be to assist the project manager with daily labor tasks in the construction field and be able to take charge in completing labor tasks and errands the company may need. Need to be flexible with a positive work attitude and professionalism. Looking for someone who can communicate well, be able to keep projects and individuals on track, and have a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Must be punctual, friendly, customer service oriented, a team player and dependable with an optimistic attitude. Starting at $30/Hr (DOE) Qualifications: At least four years of experience in assisting managers with labor related tasks in the construction field Must be able to speak English fluently Must be 18, have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Must be able to pass background check Ability to lift 50lbs. Labor ready for field tasks Must be able to multi-task between labor tasks and emails Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to take charge to complete tasks Ability to communicate well; keep constant communication with project manager and employees Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Written and verbal communication skills Organizational and planning skills Research skills Be able to travel to different job sites in the Seattle area Tasks include, but are not limited to: Assisting the project manager in performing onsite day to day labor tasks such as: pressure washing/window washing, pick up, load and deliver materials to job sites, etc. Assisting the project manager including time-tracking, reporting, estimates, online orders, organizing and communicating end of day reports from field workers Running company errands Job Type: Full-time Starting at $30/Hr (DOE) Full-time positions enjoy: 401(K) Health benefits Paid holidays More benefits available after 1 year with company How to Apply: Please send cover letter and resume, please make sure to have your PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL listed.
