Older singer seeks punk, post-punk or art rock band

I’m new to the area and looking to join or form a band. I’m 53/M but not ready to throw in the towel just yet. In the recent past I’ve done some metal and some noise rock. I’m a baritone, similar to TSOL, Danzig, Bowie, etc. Here’s what’s important to me: Punctual and responsive to messages No serious substance abuse issues Practice and gigs mostly limited to weekends At least 3-4 local gigs per year An out of town gig every once in a while would be cool Professionally record an EP or album next spring Covers are fun and I’d like to do one in any set or recording Promotional campaign for every release I want to be especially clear on that last point. My last two releases were pretty good but almost nobody heard them because both times the rest of the band refused to hold the release for promotion. Not trying to “make it”, I just want to find a few dozen people who dig what I helped create. Outside of the above, I’m pretty easy going. I don't really play any instruments.
