looking for training collar

I am looking for an inexpensive training collar for this guy. He has the little sibling syndrome and thinks he is not required to listen to rules. I have tried everything except for puppy classes which will be my next step. He's a 5 month old goldendoodle with major attitude. He's a total lovebug when not asked to listen. Would greatly appreciate anything and everything
