Oakland experimental/noise rock band seeks drummer

We're an Oakland-based band (two guitars, bass) in search of a drummer. We try to cover a lot of ground in our song writing, but the general idea is to have a bunch of weird chords and rhythms balanced out by big, catchy choruses. Here are some bands we like that may have inspired some of what we do: Deerhoof, Black Midi, The Mars Volta, Tropical Fuck Storm, Absolutely Free, Crack Cloud, Battles, Squid, Tortoise, Horse Lords, Faraquet, Hella, Blonde Redhead, Palm, Broken Social Scene, Ought, Liars, Cap'n Jazz, Aloha, Soft Machine, Can, Maps & Atlases, Dirty Projectors. Also less niche stuff like Talking Heads, David Bowie, Roxy Music, and the Strokes. Our ideal drummer is old enough to get into a bar and young enough to still have some desire to travel from bar to bar, playing loud rock music with three other people that they met on the internet.
