PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POSTING BEFORE APPLYING. THIS JOB REQUIRES TRAVEL (Company Vehicle Provided) Skills required: Drywall/Sheetrock Repair Tile & Masonry Demolition Work Framing / Lumber Work Light Plumbing and Electrical Painting Landscaping & Hardscaping All tools are provided by the employer. Valid U.S Driver License is Required. Description: As a construction crew member, you will be responsible for performing work on the rehab (house flip) or providing maintenance at one of our residential rental properties. Our job sites are all over Texas, New Mexico, and the U.S. Transportation will always be provided or paid for by the employer. This job requires extended time away from family. (For example, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm at the job site, sleeping either at the job site if it can accommodate overnight stays, or at a hotel if it can't. and Home on the weekends.)
