Need a handy man type. The best candidate will have a truck but not usually necessary. Need to be able to hang windows and doors, do some drywall patch and texture, finish paint work, flooring, basic electrical, basic plumbing. I operate low income multi family and mobile homes. I offer full time 1099 employment security. I have long term work with pay raises if you are efficient. Need to have an SSI or TIN number and be able to start immediately. I have a pay daily option if that is helpful. Need to have cash app or zelle. I start at $16 for your first week to see if you can show up to work and have the skill set you claim. You are eligible for a pay increase starting week two based on your efficiency and skill set. I have plenty of bid job guys so please don't apply if your not looking for full time security.
