yard cleanup needed

Description

We need someone to clean our front and back yards near Warner and Alma School in Chandler. It requires leaf and dust blowing and tree debris gathering and bagging of everything (no weeds or other landscaping services are required). We even have a leaf blower/rake etc if you don’t have your own. Will pay $25/hr cash and are willing to pay you for the time required to do a good job. We would prefer that this turn into a regular gig conditional upon you being reliable and doing a good job. The first cleaning will take some extra time since it’s been awhile. The regular maintenance should take less time.
