Hiring a new member of our Team to tend this magical slice of Appalachian splendor. A private, 14 acre permaculture farm in Weaverville (just 15 min from downtown Asheville) with fig trees, blackberry bushes, flower & medicinal herb gardens, grapevines, vegetable gardens & fruit trees. We are seeking a team member who would fulfill the following actions and roles: Land maintenance : moving firewood, stone work, weeding, errands, supporting various projects. 40 hours per week October & November 10-15 hrs per week December - February $18 - $22 per hour Starting October Do you have these qualities? Strong Reliable Clear communicator - feels confident in asking questions to gain clarity on details of a project to ensure that energy and effort are appropriately applied. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to tend this land. Through living here, we cultivate a relationship with the spirit of the land by listening to and learning how we can best care for the plants, animals, elements and humans that co-create this ecosystem.
