Practice space / drum space needed

I've had a room to myself at Profile Event Center on University near the U for 3 years but it's getting demolished November 1st to become condos. I don't have a car and live in Marcy-Holmes so I need something semi close like NE or Seward or something like that. Not the St Paul CitySound but perhaps one of the others. It was a bit spendy to have my own place anyway and I'm not in a band and mostly used it for drums and playing albums loud so it would be great to find a place to share. I can provide a drumset for your space and even having it one night a week would be great. I've got guitar, bass, the drumset is a 5pc Gretsch BlackHawk, tube amps, desk, JBL monitors, a couple cheap mics, and could integrate all or none of those. Need to figure something out within the next few weeks.
