List of jobs I need done: You do not need to do all, just email me with a quote for what you have experience in doing. NO SUB CONTRACTING. It should be you and your crew to do the job. I will not work with a third party. Email me with your quote. Labor rate only, I buy the materials (except for painting). 1. Change sliding glass doors to french patio door - see pics. Email with cost to do this job. 2. Renovate bathroom (change from tub to tiled shower, change vanity, replace flooring, replace toilet, paint). Bathroom is 8 x 8. See pic of bathroom. Email with cost to do this job. 3. Paint whole house. Livingroom/dining, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, add chair railing in bedrooms and wainscoting in diningroom. Must be experienced and have experience in chair railing and wainscoting. 2,000 square feet house. 4. Install laminate flooring, quarter round, porcelain tiles in some areas. approx 2,000 sq ft laminate, 400 sq ft tiles. Email with cost per sq foot to install. For all jobs above you must have your own tools, I will not provide tools. Only experienced contractors will get a response. If you have to guess on what is need to do the job, then you do not have enough experience for me to hire you.
