Walk in Interviews Next Thursday, starting at 10:00 am 2400 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite #300, Maitland, FL 32751 Responsibilities Perform maintenance, upkeep and inspections of Apartment Complex Maintain the safety and overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. Maintain refrigerant log for A/C service and keep available for inspections. Perform installation, repairs and replacement of components of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Conduct routine building inspections. Ensure vacant apartments are inspected for condition, scheduled for turnover, schedule final inspection. Prepare supply list needed for repairs and turns Complete work orders and log completion in a timely matter Drywall repair and touch up painting Identify and report problems and deficiencies to Property Manager. Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications/Experience 3 years of experience at an apartment complex. Background in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical preferred. all experience is a plus. HVAC Certification preferred Experience as a handyman or with maintenance and repair. Experience in the proper care and use of small hand tools and mechanical equipment. Excellent customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
