Hey all !! I am looking for rough estimates on all the trades. By this I mean, electrical, plumbing, framing, roofing, drywall, exterior siding, HVAC, landscaping, windows and doors, and others. We are building a single-family home such as the one pictured. The subject is a four bedroom, three bath 2600 ft² home with small laundry and two car garage. We need rough estimates on every trade that I mentioned above that will include labor plus material if possible. It is okay if you include a labor only rough estimate. I will not take it as gospel for I realize you will need to see plans and maybe even come to the job site eventually. But for now I just want real rough around the edges estimates.
