Hi. I have a rehab property that needs work. I would like to get this small bathroom completed. Nothing needs gutting, just replacement, and the tub/shower needs nearly everything. I have attached pics. There is new pex and shut-offs. The tile floor is terrible (stick on tiles). For skilled tradesmen, I am very open to quotes for the other rooms/areas that need renovations, we can walk through the property inside and out whenever you're available. I'm looking for hungry, respectful, reputable individuals, with own tools, transport and commitment to time and quality. If post is still up, I am still looking. I answer all contacts quickly.
