APPLICANTS MUST: * Have dependable pickup truck & plow set up. Salt hopper a bonus, and will result in additional pay if used. * Be able to operate standard snow removal machinery such as snow blowers, etc. * Be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime * Be okay with working in a variety of weather conditions, some which may be severe. * Respond in a timely manner (within 60 minutes) when called to assist in snow removal. * Ensure that properties under responsibility of this position are adequately and safely serviced when required. * Shovel snow, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain all equipment needed for snow removal. * Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations. * Able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Report all incidents involving equipment’s functioning to Supervisor(s) * Must own and be able to use Smart Phone to log services while on site.
