Guitar for 90's 00's New Covers Project

Seeking 2nd guitar for new cover band focused on 90's 00's rock with some pop & country. Song selection that is upbeat, fun and positive to keep people engaged. Will provide set list. Currently have drums, bass and guitar/vocals with strong lead capability. All around age 50 Lead work can be split with another suitable player OR a good rhythm player is welcome. People don't dance to guitar solos anyway. Free commercial space at ground level for weekly rehearsals until it's up and running then occasionally as new material is added. You need to be comfortable moving at a brisk pace; playing shows is the priority, not hanging out every week in my shop. Desired qualities: -you live within 20-30 miles or so from Burnsville. Going to focus on gigs in the south metro -aged 35+ but open if someone is enthusiastic -Newer technology amplification; Kemper/Fractal/Helix users strongly preferred. Open to using IEM system -Discipline to play songs as people recognize them; don't need a shredder, need a team player -Appreciation for good tone that fits properly in a PA mix, not your basement. -A business-like approach to being in a band: prep for rehearsals, learn the material beforehand, confident in ability -Enjoy playing more than just the music you grew up with.
