I have a sweet and adorable solid black cat with a small triangle of white on her chest. Phoebe is a caring but slightly shy medium sized cat who I unfortunately don't have enough time to play with and love. I want to give her a forever home to a family/person that could give her the attention she deserves. There's a small adoption fee of $40. Non-negotiable. She is spayed, has her shots, and is 4 years of age. I have a carrying case I'm willing to part with for transport and food if need be.
