We RARELY work on Saturdays and NEVER work on Sundays. About the position: 1.) This position requires that you have some experience in residential lawn care and customer service 2.) You will be leading a team of approximately 6 lawn care workers and counting 3.) You will have productivity and efficiency standards that will translate into BONUS PAY! 4.) You will eventually handle employee scheduling, job routing, equipment maintenance (can be outsourced), and implementing strategies for growth and employee retention You must have a valid and clean driver's licence. You must be able to pass a background check.
