Need some help with cats/kittens

I have a couple cats infront of where I live and few kittens I would love if anyone could help point me in the right direction for trap neuter return and maybe find homes for the small ones, it’s getting cold and has been raining a lot and I hear the smaller kittys cry outside my window I will start feeding them on a schedule !!
