Need clapboard and Facia boards replaced

Looking for a person or small company that can fix some broken clapboard pieces and facia board on front and side of property. Will need extension ladders. Also looking for someone to build front stairs next to neighbors and match it. This is a condex condo. I’ll be at property from 9-5pm tomorrow so if you want to stop by and give me a price. Looking for someone to start ASAP!! I’m looking for normal quotes as I’ve have been flipping houses for 25 years and know what prices are please be reasonable. If work is good will have lots of future work as i purchase about 25 properties a year. Thanks
