4 Basic handyman tasks to get done this week!

We have a few pretty simple handyman tasks to get done this week for someone at our small office we're moving into and looking for someone available right away to get them done. 1 - We have a basic grid drop ceiling and 30-40 of the 2x2 tiles are either damaged, cut short, need the track fixed/replaced, or some other minor work. Pretty easy stuff here if you've done drop ceiling before, other than the slow part of climbing up and down a ladder 9-10ft up for each tile. The panels are basic 2x2ft fiberboard panels so you'll need tools to cut them cleanly (miter saw with fine tooth blade, table saw, etc) so the panels do not tear/fray. 2 - Need a cell phone booster installed. Again, pretty easy. Comes in an entire kit with instructions, takes 2-3hrs to get done. You'll need a ladder for the exterior part but otherwise the rest of the work is running cable, caulking, and hiding the exterior cable, then running to the booster in the office. Full directions included in the kit. 3 - Need 4" baseboard installed. We installed new carpet and added a wall, so it's time to install basic 4" MDF baseboard. It comes primed, so you'll paint white and install. LONG runs in this office, so very easy to install without a ton of cuts. Install, miter, caulk, paint, done. 4 - Finishing 5-6 sheets of drywall. We added a small 12ft wall and need someone to finish, prime, and paint those new sheets. Need to know how to finish as the last person we had help us was very nice, but had no clue what they were doing and it looks terrible. Need someone that's available to start immediately and get it done quickly. Starting by Thursday morning, finished no later than Tues or Wed of next week at the most. We are a firm of RE professionals and GCs, so....we're looking for quality and skill as there's only one correct way to do anything. Pay is $25/hr, direct, labor only, and we'll supply any materials needed (not tools, only materials). And if you are seeking further work after, we buy 20-25 houses every month and we always have handyman, general labor, demo, debris, lawn cutting, etc work available. We will be hiring someone full-time if you have further interest after this project. We will pay as soon as the job is completed and we do a quick QC inspection of the work to ensure quality.
