Two Mikes Art Factory is hosting this creative workshop to make Christmas ornament boards. These wooden boards measuring approximately 14"x 26" will make the perfect decoration for the holidays. With different sizes, colors, shapes, and textures of ornaments, you'll be sure to design a fabulous tree, wreath, snowman, or any holiday spirit! We'll be there to guide you along the way and bring out your inner artist. Makes a great gift or keep it for your own home! Doors open 10 minutes before workshop starts. This workshop is non-refundable. If you are unable to make it, you may send someone else in your place or pick up an art kit from the venue within 48 hours after the class has been held or time arranged by the venue.Recommended age: 11+, NOT recommended for young children and babies. All attendees require a ticket to enter. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.About Us: Our names are Kristy and Kelly and we met a long time ago while working in the floral industry. We have expressed our natural artistic talents since childhood and come from loving, close-knit families with creative backgrounds. With our college degrees in art and design along with over 45 years of combined professional experience, we have decided to share our studies and creativity with others by hosting creative workshops to help people discover their inner artist. Why Two Mikes?!?! Terrible diseases took our dads away from us. They were both named Mike and were both creative geniuses! (The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.) The second mission of our workshops is to contribute a portion of our profits to the American Lung Association and the Association for Frontotemporal Dementia in memory of our dads. About Buechler Farms: We welcome you to come visit us and enjoy the simple pleasures of an afternoon on the farm! Make it your family’s annual tradition. Aside from raising beef cattle, in 2015 we opened up Buechler Farms Pumpkin Patch. We love spending time with people and we love watching families coming out to the farm and simply just have some good fun. We decided to take on the challenge of hosting events like the big top circus and a rodeo. Why not try selling Christmas trees Brian said. “You love Christmas Irene”. So needless to say we took that on and called it “Not Just A Tree”. Now, the biggy. What about hosting wedding venues at the farm? After two years of research, the renovations started and since 2019 we are now hosting weddings here at our farm! We couldn’t be more excited! When you're passionate about something like we are about the farm, it doesn’t feel like work. It feels like home. We are opening up our home (the farm) for all to come and enjoy it like we do. After all, life is a gift.
