Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve your overall health. Join us for a fun-filled self-care day. From a 30-min. Mindfulness meditation class to creating your own self-care kit. All while enjoying light refreshments. Mimosas and charcuterie cones will be served. (Ages 21+ only)
Creating your very own self-care kit to enjoy at home: candle making, bath bombs, and sugar scrubs.
Check-in 10-15 minutes prior to your start time. Plan to spend 30-minutes at each station. Approx. 2.5 hours from check-in to check-out.
Check-in: Grab a drink and cone prior to starting.
Make your way through each room.
1st room: 30-minute Mindfulness Mediation Class
2nd room: Candle making (add essential oils, roses, intention setting with crystals etc...)
3rd room: Bath bombs (add essential oils, coconut oil, etc...)
4th room: Sugar scrubs (lip scrub and body scrub)
Check-out: Place all items into a box to take-home.
Limited tickets available. Only two time-slots (10:00am-12:30pm & 1:00pm-3:30pm)
