Electrical help needed

I have a number of minor electrical chores that I need done. Seeking someone who is qualified and reasonably priced. The last helper I had took apart a kitchen light socket and said he would be back in a few hours to finish it up. That was over 2 months ago. I don't have a big budget but I would like to get with someone and get some estimates and get started one step at a time. I must emphasize that I need someone that really knows what they're doing because hiring the wrong helper could end up in a house fire due to electrical malfunctions.
