This course is designed to increase
knowledge and awareness of the
importance of establishing
boundaries as a form of self care.
Information in this course can be
applied when working with
individuals with low self-confidence,
anxiety, depression and trauma.
You will learn the negative impact
of not having boundaries and ways
to increase self respect in
relationships. This course starts
with the foundation of how our
lines become blurred, then provides
skills to clear the lines and set
personal limits.
This course is approved by the Ohio CSWMFT Board for 2 hours of Ethics training.
