Cooking 101 is an interactive cooking class, held right on campus, taught by our very own campus chefs. You'll leave with a better understanding of cooking basics. Our chefs are also available to answer any of your cooking-related questions. Space is limited and registration is required. Please select the class you would like to attend. Wednesday, November 7, 2022, 2:30 - 4 :30p.m.The Cupcake Decorating class will be taught in Pencader Dining Hall. What to Expect Classes are 2 hours and held at the Pencader Dining Hall. Classes are limited to 18 University of Delaware students each. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the classes. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, a long sleeve shirt to protect your arms and have long hair tied back. You will enjoy a generous taste of the food prepared during the classes. Each student will receive a complimentary Dining Services' Cooking 101 baseball cap.
