Description

Come visit a 1776 army campsite as they ready for battle. Visit with the blacksmith, camp followers, spinner, cooks, native American and George Washington himself! Then take a guided tour of historic Purdy house with the lady of the house "Abigail Purdy". Even the Brits will be there! Fifes and drums too. Kids can make their own tri-corner hats and drill with the militia. Camp opens at 10 am. Flag raising ceremony at noon. Very limited parking. Street parking available. FREE but donations appreciated.
