A multi-instrumentalist, (voice, guitar, piano, banjo, ukulele, and trombone), Markley is a graduate of the University of North Texas (“NTSU”), where she performed in the Lab Bands and sang in the Jazz Singers, studying composition, music education, and vocal jazz.
