Requirements: Proactive communication and positive attitude 3+ years of full-time experience in residential painting 2+ years of supervisory experience for other's work You're a pace-setter and you know when to ask for help Strong eye for detail, and a very clean work space Brush, spray and roll with high quality, consistently Soft wash homes Produce custom doors, intricate color patterns, staining and (ideally) cabinetry Work safely and comfortably with three story work Train others to paint at a high level Valid drivers license Reliable transportation (report directly to the job sites) Pass a drug screen and background check if asked Ability to stand/bend/extend/carry 50+ pounds for extended periods of time, able to work safely on 40 foot extension ladder or a roofline regularly Leadership opportunities - All team members at Rogall have the opportunity to prove their skills and professional ability for advancement.
