House Manager wanted for Live-in. Duties include: Cleaning and maintenance of property Encourage residents to wake up and prepare for departure to daily programs Assist Director in weekly meetings Inform Director of resident issues and concerns Full preparation of one meal (Dinner) daily Setup of breakfast availability for residents Intake of new residents. Oversee residents, resolving conflicts and enforcing house rules. Perform two weekly shopping trip with residents. Communicate and implement house rules Clean driving record required Must be able to cook Most residents are away during the day at program. Sober home no alcohol or drug usage permitted. House Manager Compensation: Room and Board provided Meals provided Usage of House Vehicle for personal usage Small Monthly Salary Contact for interview.
