Part-time Handyman Position Available in the Florida Keys, Big Pine Key, Florida Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to; handyman work, minor repair, painting, and maintenance work, trimming and cleaning up vegetation on common property, minor lawn mowing, leaf blowing, keeping pool deck clean and cleaning leaves from pool. Minor road maintenance. Occasionally assisting office manager and president with moving supplies to storage sheds on property. Breezy Pines will provide a lawn mower, weedwhacker and fuel, herbicides and sprayer. Schedule: Four to eight hours a week. Hours are flexible. Employee will report to Board president and Office manager. Compensation: Pay is $25 per hour. Please note that the position is an excellent opportunity to work separately as a handyman for residents at Breezy Pines RV Estates to increase income with side work if desired, as long as it does not interfere with Association work hours or duties. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. Past experience. Employee is required to have own tools. Breezy Pines is a nonsmoking work environment. Background check required. Zero drug tolerance policy.
