Looking for musicians for startup rock group

I am mainly a rhythm guitar player with backup vocals and some lead capabilities. Looking to form a 5 piece consisting of another guitar player[lead], vocalist, drummer and bassist. I have practice space, recording space if needed, large PA, mobile portable stage, extra practice gear, etc... My style of music is 70s and 80s rock feel. But at this point I am open to any and all ideas. I just want to get out and play as much as possible..I am confined to a wheelchair if that is a deal breaker for some of you..
