But it’s more than that. Because we aren’t a spec home builder, we don’t have 30 to 60 homes in a subdivision that we are working on at the same time that all must be maintained. We have a few at a time in different locations. If you’ve been on our website, you have seen that our homes are high end, and our clients expect a different kind of experience.We are looking for someone with at least two years experience as a construction laborer or in maintenance or facilities who will: Provide maintenance and cleaning of job sites, our shop, office, vehicles and trailersEstablish site mobilization and signageOpen and close job sites dailyIdentify and correct any safety concernsPerform timber frame cleaningEnsure floor and finish protectionComplete warranty punch listsManage work schedule.This Could Be the Right Opportunity for Those Who:Do meticulous work that they take pride inWork with a sense of purpose and deadlineAre good at paying attention to details, record keeping, documentation, and directionsDemonstrate great teamwork and solid communication skillsUnderstand time management and schedulingHave basic carpentry skillsPossess a clean driving recordAre self-starters who like a bit of autonomy.Expected pay is $18-$20 / hour Please apply online with Frameworks at:
