Come for the BOOs and stay for the BOOZE! We have a great selection of 30 craft beers on tap as well as a full wine list and great company to celebrate Spooky Season in style. Come early for more votes! Costume contest begins at 10:00pm and all participants must be present to go on stage by 9:50. Winner announced at 10:45pm. HOW VOTING WORKS: Each contestant will have a jar with their character's name on it. The crowd puts vote tickets in the jar of their favorite(s). The contestant with the most vote tickets in their jar at close of voting (10:30pm) wins $100 CA$H. Then the winner then will draw one ticket from their jar. Whoever's ticket they draw will receive $25 House Cash! HOW TO GET VOTE TICKETS: On Wednesday, Oct 26 during our Bring-Your-Own Pumpkin Carving Party, everyone visiting Shezmu Cellars will receive one vote ticket for each item they purchase.All day Saturday, Oct 29 everyone visiting Shezmu Cellars will receive one vote ticket for each item they purchase.BONUS!!! Buy the Ticket Pack for this event and get 10 vote tickets. NOTE: Tickets are ONLY available for purchase through this event. Otherwise, it's one vote ticket per item purchased.HOW TO WIN: Bring Friends!!! The more people you have purchasing items and getting vote tickets, the more chances you have!Attend the BYO Pumpkin Carving for more tickets and show up early on the 30th. Vote tickets are given during the carving event and all day Saturday!Spread your votes around. If you put all your vote tickets in one jar and they don't win, then you don't have a shot at the $25 prize!Shezmu Cellars is an urban winery producing local honey-wines (mead) while also pouring 30 taps of craft beer and over 25 wines from North Georgia wine country. Shezmu Cellars believes mead doesn’t have to be a sweet dessert wine and focuses on producing sessionable dry meads served carbonated, nitrogenated, and still. Voted Best Winery in Georgia in 2020 and 2021 by the Georgia Business Journal, the Marietta winery is available as a venue for private events and hosts monthly art exhibits and comedy shows among the occasional themed party. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Is parking available? --- Yes, there is plenty of free parking in the lot in front of the winery... but if you're planning on drinking, please plan on taking a Lyft, Uber or designate a driver! Do I need to print my tickets? --- No! We will be able to check you in electronically. Is only wine available? --- Nope! We have lots of wine, including a huge Georgia wine selection as well as Sake and other wine-based beverages. We also have 30 taps of craft beer and some domestics in bottles/cans. We do not serve liquor. Is there a kitchen on site? --- Unfortunately no. We often have food vendors at our events, but if we do not advertise them then our offerings will include charcuterie, chocolate and other bar snack options.
