• Teresa will go over several levels of wellness and assist you in finding ways to begin the process of balancing your well-being in your everyday life.
• In this workshop the topics of Physical, Mental Emotional and Spiritual wellness will be embraced along with assisting you to create the law of attraction in a more balanced and abundant life at any level of growth you may be limited in.
• These topics will be followed up with a 30 minute meditation on healing these areas of life through Emotional Healing.
